Dusty has spent his entire adult life performing some sort of precision tissue manipulation. Since earning his degree in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee, he’s gone from working in the research labs at that same university to learning to tattoo and pierce, and eventually opening Biotech in 1999. He’s the area’s only body piercer that has any real medical training, and is justifiably proud of the fact that the knowledge and expertise he gained from his past research and medical experience has helped him become a better piercer and tattoo artist.
